At Birkenstock Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear isn't a perfect fit, you can return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn shoes back into their original Birkenstock box, ensuring all tags are attached, and secure them inside a protective shipping satchel.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid Australia Post return label generated from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Lodge your parcel at any Australia Post office and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
